Blueprint Studios synergizes technology, craftsmanship with art to deliver innovative custom designed and fabricated enviroscapes for special events. Our international creative team, dedicated to accessibility and detail offers a full service partnership to assist you in creative effective environments.

We recognize the exceptional power of a great design. Our careful attention to design detail allows for fresh, unexpected visual displays and scenic production. Our team of architects, designers and in-house fabricators can design and produce virtually any setting or element for temporary or permanent installations. Our constant study of emerging artistic and cultural trends drives our vision in building handcrafted elements that stimulate the senses, challenge the mind, and ignite the spirit of imagination.


Public Relations and Marketing Partner
Laura Noss with Social Planets
Social Planets is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in marketing, strategic coaching and communications, and public relations for nonprofits and socially responsible organizations.

Founder Laura Noss has over 14 years of professional communications experience ranging from strategy and positioning, to media relations and creative marketing. Over the course of her career, Laura has media-trained political candidates, CEOs and activists; produced major national initiatives and events; and marched on Washington for a variety of causes related to healthcare, education, women and the environment. She has worked for some of the most prestigious public relations companies in the country, including Hill and Knowlton, DDB Needham and Niehaus Ryan Wong, Inc. Laura has promoted clients helping the voice of the disenfranchised to be heard, and empowering people to be change-makers to create a better planet. Current and former clients include Aspire Public Schools, Planned Parenthood, The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, San Francisco Health Plan, the Environmental Protection Agency, and Working Assets. Laura is a graduate of Syracuse University, holding a B.S. in Critical Theory and minors in Speech Communication and Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication.

Event Coordinator
Brenda Cali
Brenda brings to the event production team a solid background in sales, marketing, and entertainment management. Through her work with clients such as Wells Fargo, Lockheed Martin, Dolce Hayes Mansion, Los Gatos Lodge, Cisco Systems, Earnst & Young, Kessler Pacific, Calmax Technology, and MeraPyar, she has honed her skills as an expert event organizer. Site research, venue selection, contract negotiations, and day-of-event set up and strike are Brenda’s expertise, and she can be counted on to provide every event with innovative creativity and a high level of professionalism.

Event Coordinator
Gaby Pryor
Gaby serves each client with a unique blend of commitment and organizational skills. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, she holds a degree in Merchandising Marketing, and her background in sales, communication, and administrative wizardry make her the ideal backbone for event coordination. Gaby excels in the areas of detail-oriented document management and record keeping, front-of-house registration and ticketing, volunteer supervision, and auction coordination. She is a key member of the event production team who never fails to provide high caliber customer service.

Event Entertainment Coordinator
Tanya Aranda
Tanya brings top notch professionalism to any event that requires fluid coordination of models and entertainment. Having served as a make-up designer for Stila, Laura Mercier, Christian Dior, and a host of private wedding, fashion, and dance productions over the past ten years, she brings creativity and beauty to our events. Tanya has been a dancer for ten years and can help translate any vision into show-stopping effects with live models or choreographed performances. Her talents were showcased in our coordination and painting of the Oscar models for the Academy of Friends' yearly gala, as well as the San Francisco Film Society 2006 Awards "live statues." She is an essential member of the make-up design, costuming, and stage management component of our team and her resources for materials and talent recruitment are unparalleled.

Assistant Event Coordinator
Sophia Alyssa Simpson
As an SF native, Alyssa has strong roots on the local community and brings diverse past experience with event production, with a strong focus on Trinity College's Inter-Social Council. She is a highly organized administrative assistant with the versatility and enthusiasm to support all areas of our event challenges. We count on Alyssa for the most detail-oriented behind-the-scenes tasks. She can be relied upon to help make projects come together seamlessly.
