Monica's team creates an individualized role based on unique project requirements. She manages events from initial conceptual design, to the supervision of installations, to the corralling of hundreds of volunteers, to post-production follow-through. She and her team are experienced event designers, production and entertainment stage managers, celebrity talent handlers, in-kind donor solicitors, auction organizers, and organizational consultants. She can also ensure that an event follows “green” guidelines for sustainability, and has developed a new line of eco-friendly party linens to support her clients with these goals. Monica taps into her network of top-notch development, marketing, branding, public relations, entertainment, and philanthropic consultants to bring a high level of sophistication to projects. She maintains relationships with diverse local vendors, service providers, and artists as well, drawing on this community to make every event a success.
